VNISI joined the online discussion of museum lighting

On June 26, 2020, an online conference-discussion "Light in Museum" was held at the ADIT site for all interested visitors. ADIT ("Automation of Museum Activities and Information Technologies") is an open association of professionals who work in industries related to the informatization of the cultural sphere. Since 1997, the Non-Profit Partnership ADIT has regularly held its conferences.

The moderator of the webinar was the Deputy General Director of the State Hermitage Museum Alexei Bogdanov. On behalf of VNISI the engineer Alexandra Bartseva made a presentation "New standards for museum lighting". The report was dedicated to four new standards of museum lighting developed by VNISI in 2019, which will come into force on August 1, 2020.

The following speakers also made presentations at the conference: Yevgeny Filipenko, Project Manager of the ILC BL GROUP ("Possibilities of Intelligently Controlled Exposition Lighting"), Ekaterina Balakhnina, Leading Manager of the Department of the Chief Power Engineer of the State Hermitage Museum ("Museum Lighting: Experience of the State Hermitage"), Natalia Potapova , Director of the Museum "Moscow Lights"  ("Project. How to help visually impaired visitors to get acquainted with the museum with the help of lighting”) and Nikolai Vorobyov, Deputy General Director of Neo Expo-Art, lighting designer ("From the experience of lighting solutions for museum exhibitions and expositions").
